CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS Work at an International Conference at Caesars Windsor! March 26, 27 and 28 We’re looking for volunteers to help an International Conference on Music Therapy and Supportive Cancer Care. Volunteers will help to make the conference a success by registering and greeting people from all over the world, providing them with assistance and information, and helping presentations run smoothly with technical support. - Gain great work experience in working at an international event!

For details speak with Dr. Lewis. *It is required that volunteers be 19 years of age or older, and can provide two pieces of photo identification to gain entry to Caesars Windsor* Volunteering is flexible, convenient and FUN! We ask that our volunteers choose at least two shifts (approximately three hours each) to work over the course ofthe weekend. In turn, we will be providing free admission to the conference, breaks and refreshments, volunteer experience letters, as well as an awesome volunteer party when it's done! We’re looking for people who are: - Enthusiastic and committed and are willing to be a representative Windsor on an international forum
- At least 19 years old and can provide two pieces of photo identification to gain entry into Caesars Windsor
- Available to work at least two shifts (approximately 6 hours total) over the course of the three-day conference and attend one half hour training session.
Participating in the conference is a great way to meet new people, get connected and also help spread awareness of the research being featured at this international event. If this sounds like something you’d like to join, check out the job descriptions: - Information/Help Desk: The Information/Help Desk will provide attendees and guests information about the day’s program, directions around the conference, and provide materials for local attractions, restaurants and transportation throughout the weekend.
- Registration: Volunteers needed to check-in attendees and distribute conference materials (name badges, conference bags, etc.).
- Floaters/Relief Works: Are on-site help that can assist areas that become overwhelmed. Floaters are suggested to also pick one other position that interests them.
- Tech/AV Worker: Will ensure that room arrangements and speaker's AV requirements are met and will assist setting up and taking down presentation materials. It would preferred that those who apply for Tech/AV be able to work with laptops, presentation screens and other audio/visual equipment.
